Self-directed & Continuous Learning Making my goals SMART'er

Following the feedback on my B1.1 assessment, I worked this semester on improving the overall level of my future goals, making them more SMART. I discussed this with my coach and tried to implement this directly starting with my Personal Development Plan for this semester. The effects were positive.

Last semester my goals were somewhat disconnected from my vision. Setting more specific goals that have a clear relation with my vision is a first step in succeeding. At the start of the project the group made a list with the goals of all group members. While writing the project report I had a look in this document and realized I reached most of my goalsi. For example creating music using processing and filling in the Business Model Canvas.

By improving my ability to set future goals I obtained a balanced and solid base for this important competence that forms the connection between all my activities in my studies.
